GARETH O’SULLIVAN

Gareth O'Sullivan's extensive soccer career spans both professional and collegiate levels, culminating in his current role as Executive Director of Tucker Youth Soccer Association (TYSA). He joined TYSA in 2012, transitioning to his current leadership position in 2017 after a stint as National Director for the Copa Team with Adidas. O'Sullivan's coaching experience includes leading the Clayton State Women’s Soccer team, the Atlanta Beat of the WPS, and professional teams in Iceland. Notably, he's coached renowned players like Hope Solo and Tobin Heath, showcasing his ability to develop top-tier talent.

O'Sullivan's success is particularly evident at the NCAA Division II level. He achieved a national championship with Christian Brothers, where he also earned multiple Coach of the Year awards and mentored Division II All-Americans. His record at Christian Brothers, West Georgia, and Clayton State demonstrates a consistent ability to build winning programs, evidenced by his overall NCAA Division II record of 239-122-24. His background also includes playing in the League of Ireland Premier Division and training with prestigious European clubs, providing a solid foundation for his coaching expertise.

JOEL GOULD

Joel Gould is a seasoned sports operations and logistics leader with a proven track record in managing elite-level events and teams. As General Manager for Decatur FC, he has played a pivotal role in optimizing team logistics, enhancing fan engagement, and ensuring seamless game-day execution. His leadership has driven record-breaking attendance, strengthened community support, and created opportunities for young athletes. Under his guidance, Decatur FC has become one of the most well-organized and community-focused clubs in the WPSL.

Beyond Decatur FC, Joel brings over a decade of global experience from his work with FIFA World Cups, UEFA EUROs, the Olympics, and NCAA Championships. As the founder of Sideline Station, he has developed innovative game day solutions for international events, professional leagues and collegiate teams, integrating sustainability with advanced event logistics. His dedication to creating a top-tier sporting environment, combined with a deep passion for community outreach and player development continues to elevate Decatur FC both on and off the field.

Joel and his wife Michelle have lived in Decatur for over 20 years, raising their two daughters in the heart of the community.

MEGHAN MURPHY

Meghan Murphy is a dedicated marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry. Currently serving as the VP of Marketing at Decatur FC, she is also the Director of Marketing and Sponsorships at Tucker Youth Soccer Association, where she combines her extensive background in advertising with her passion for soccer. In her role at both TYSA and Decatur FC, she is responsible for developing marketing initiatives and cultivating partnerships that enhance the association's visibility and community engagement. Meghan resides in the Oak Grove area with her husband, Josh, and their two children, both of whom play soccer. In her free time, she loves taking long walks with her dog and immersing herself in a good book.

JULIAN VELAZQUEZ

Julian Velazquez is a seasoned consultant with over a decade of experience navigating the complexities of the digital landscape. As the driving force behind a full-service digital agency, Julian has cultivated a proven track record of empowering businesses to thrive in the modern era. His extensive experience spans diverse sectors, providing him with a nuanced understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing growing companies.

Julian's approach transcends traditional consulting; he fosters genuine partnerships with his clients. With a focus on personalized, hands-on support, he transforms visions into tangible results, guiding businesses through the intricacies of the digital age.

CAMPBELL CHAPMAN

Campbell Chapman's career in soccer encompasses both a notable playing history and a highly successful coaching trajectory. Following a decade-long professional playing career across England, Sweden, Finland, Malta, and Qatar, where he competed alongside future stars like David Platt and David Seaman, Campbell transitioned into coaching. He honed his skills with youth and semi-professional players in England before moving to the United States in 1993, joining the Gwinnett Soccer Association (GSA). His coaching philosophy centers on player development, emphasizing correct technique and learning through experience.

At GSA, Campbell established himself as a prominent figure in Georgia youth soccer. As Girls’ Director, he led multiple teams to state and regional championships, including the GSA Phoenix 92 Red, 93 Red, and 95 Red. His achievements extended to regional and national levels, including a fourth-place finish at the US Youth Soccer National Championships. Campbell's influence reached beyond club soccer, as he coached state ODP teams and served as an assistant coach for the Atlanta Silverbacks W-League team. His dedication to developing talent is evident in the numerous players he coached who went on to professional careers. Campbell holds an English FA Prelim Certificate and the USSF “A” License, solidifying his expertise and commitment to the sport.

CORINNE MILIEN

Corinne Milien is a prominent talent development professional and the founder of WRK, a firm focused on unlocking organizational potential through innovative workforce solutions. As the daughter of Haitian immigrants, her career is marked by a strong work ethic and a commitment to equity. This dedication is evident in her co-founding of The Winning Edge Leadership Academy, which empowers minority student-athletes and young professionals in sports, media, and entertainment. Her professional journey includes serving in the U.S. Air Force, roles at Bemidji State University and under Coach Pat Summit at the University of Tennessee, and a tenure as Events Supervisor at ESPN. She also served as Managing Director of Pro Sports Assembly, leading key initiatives in membership, partnership, and programming.

Milien's impact extends to collaborations with notable organizations like Eastside Golf, Meta, and adidas, where she provides strategic workforce solutions. Recognized by the National Sports Forum and NYU School of Professional Studies, she was also honored by adidas, Impact Hub, and Blavity.org as a leading social entrepreneur of color in 2022. She holds degrees from Bemidji State University and the University of Tennessee, and is currently pursuing a certification in Leadership and Performance Coaching from Brown University. Milien further demonstrates her commitment to development through hosting the "WRK & Win" podcast and coaching youth sports.

JOSH MURPHY

Josh Murphy is a branding and digital specialist with over 20 years of experience building brands and leading creative teams. He has a strong reputation for combining strategy, engaging design, and a thorough understanding of technology and user experience. Josh's extensive experience in sports marketing has allowed him to develop a unique perspective on how to create impactful digital experiences that resonate with sports fans.

Josh has a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional results. He is passionate about using customer-centric and data-driven design to increase revenue and build strong client relationships.

Director, Player Operations

MIRANDA MCNALLEY

Miranda McNalley will rejoin Decatur FC for the 2025 season. McNalley is currently an Operations Specialist at Georgia Soccer Association working with the Director of Tournament and Events. McNalley worked on the Game Day Operations staff for the North Carolina Courage and NCFC in the summer of 2022. There she gained gameday operations experience at the professional soccer level. McNalley also has coaching experience ranging from the recreational/academy level up to the collegiate level. McNalley specializes in goalkeeping training, as she played college soccer for Piedmont University from 2017-2021. McNalley also played with the Peachtree City MOBA in the WPSL during the summer of 2018. McNalley is a 2021 graduate of Piedmont University with a bachelor's degree in Sports and Fitness Administration.
